American woodcockS NEED HELP

Every spring and fall, American woodcocks migrate through New York City. Sadly, many of them are window-strike victims. In fact, this species is within the top ten species of birds most commonly found to have collided with lighted structures in New York City. Injured woodcocks are examined, fed, and treated at the Wild Bird Fund, a non-profit rehab center located in the heart of Manhattan. The patients that survive are released back into the wild.
